★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I bought an expensive sari and gave the store tailor for stitching net at the palla. I was shocked to see the poor quality of stitching. when I requested them to redo it and deliver it at a Kolkata address they readily refused! I stay in Delhi so it wasn't possible to go and collect it again! After that I requested them for Store manager's contact number, they refused for that also! This is really unfortunate that such a big brand at the heart of Kolkata and such poor customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing collection of sarees, and surprisingly they have a wide price range for the wide. By wide range I mean really wide range! The gentleman showing the merchandise was extremely cordial and knowledgeable about the material of the sarees, where it came from and more. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and definitely going back to the store whenever I want to buy a saree.
