★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just opening a swanky big store isn't enough, Mr. Golchha. Put some effort on training your staff to treat customers with dignity. One just goes to this store because of proximity and convenience, and is disheartened to hear staff talking amongst themselves looking down upon the customer and mentioning words like 'useless', 'time-waste', 'lafraa kaa kaam bekaar mein nahin lena', etc.
SERVICE AND CLASS MATTER. It is not necessary a regular or a new customer always walks in to purchase big ticket items, they may have some other needs or require some help or service.
Don't visit this store guys, go to their New Market store where Mr. HEMANT BHANSALI treats you well and you are not at the mercy of just the rough, un-trained and dis-interested staff.
