★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a garment for a simple alteration and it was never successfully completed, despite three separate visits. Instead I need to take the garment to another tailor to fix their work. If you appreciate having someone argue with you about whether or not something is done correctly, deny what is in front of their eyes, and make the same mistake multiple times, then this is the tailor for you. Perhaps this (series of) experiences does not reflect on the rest of their work, but it was a bad enough experience I won't ever use their services again.
