★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The collection was good. They keep indo-western clothes as well as Indian wear. The only negative point is that it doesn't have wheelchair accessible facilities. Aged people will also face difficulty in climbing stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful Shopping Experience. Very wide variety of Sarees . The sales executive on the 3 Rd floor a bit aged ( Sorry Couldn't ask his good name ) was very courteous and was displaying all sarees on demand. Purchased few sarees . The showroom is very neat and clean. Fully Air-conditioned and the customers were there in almost every counter. Overall ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a saree for my mother in law. My in laws are from Agartala. Their dialect is a bit different. The old guy showing sarees at kanjeevaram/silk area was extremely rude. 1st of all, no matter what saree we were asking him to show, he kept telling us it was out of our budget. And he kept telling my mother in law that only white will suit her and that she should not take coloured sarees. He literally refused to show different sarees only because he thought each and every saree was out if our budget. Me and my spouse are both doctors at Apollo. Such a horrible experience was not expected from a reputed store. Will make sure this review reaches all social media platforms. Judging people by their dialect and clothes should not be entertained, no matter how big a brand you are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced sarees and rude salesman in this section. They dont feel like working and want you to buy as quickly as possible and leave. Pathetic place . Go to adi dhakeshwari or silk house . Much better collection and salesman .

It's horrible. Apparently this place claims of good collection but the salesmanship is so so poor that even if you want to spend a fortune here, you just wouldn't. The salesman's are very rude and talks horribly with the customers. They don't show collection of sarees even if repeatedly asked. They behave horribly with the customers. Just please don't go here only because of it's name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very good place especially for all the lovely ladies as herein u can find a whole range of lovely sarees for all ocassion's. It's a good place for mens too where u can get good collection of sherwanis too. U can get clothes for bridal wear too. It's a very old nd renowned showroom nd it's very convenient to reach too as it's on the main road with a lot of public transport connections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per my opinion it's good. But there are some shortage of staffs in ground floor.
Taking too much time to satisfy 1 customer.
Note:- call and ask their only help support and make a conversation before go there, that will help u to find what exactly you want to purchase....(at shop they might don't bring out staffs as per your choice)
Bad remarks:-
No sitting area in front of seller table(except benaroshi section), aged people would not stand for long.
They didn't offer a single water bottle at all to the customers also not even a cup of tea/ coffee.
