★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mad guy sitting over there. When i went there he took 2 hours to touch and open it.then he told me that my phone is irrepairble,while it was just 2 months old. And after that my phone started automatically but i was so irritated with rhis idiot dat i dun wanna keep phone of a company who hires such idiots as official care executives. And he even charged 200 rs from me for doing nothing.

For ASUS and RealMe both.
I have downgraded my ZF Max Pro M2 here to resolve Screen Blinking issue wich is happening after pie update.
The owner is very nice and genuine person.
In 20 minutes i got my phone without any issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable people, people can care customer better but I don't know why they are not behaving well. Even though center have no TAT time. Process is to call at toll free no. And toll-free guys will call to service centre and then service centre guys confirm the TAT. Rest is amazing people are working well they are committed good ambiance everything is super. And thanks for serviceing my mobile on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely Satisfied with their service. Their service worth every penny you spend but there is a huge difference between the service center of kota and of delhi. Recently i was in delhi and there were certain problems in my laptop and thereby i visited an authenticated service center of asus in nehru place, delhi. There charges of diagnosis were very high as compared to kota and also they were charging very suspicious amount of laptop parts such as motherboard battery, etc. therefore, i request asus to look into this matter ASAP and also a big thanks to sindhav infosystem for their service!!!!!
