I’ve been wearing glasses for about 12 years(high prescription lenses), I have had a lot of trouble sticking to a particular doctor for various reasons but since I started visiting Singare Netralaya, I have been relieved. I don’t have to think twice about where do I have to visit. Dr. Rajesh Singare is a great ophthalmologist. I am so appreciative of his knowledge & skills.The staff has been very kind, experienced & polite especially Nirul. I’ve visited the clinic for my regular eye check up and Vishwakarma helped me figure out the right frame for my high prescription lenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its was a good experience at Singare Netralaya, the doctor and the staff was very polite and caring. I took my niece for her eye examination as she was having a severe head ache and she got an amazing treatment. The staff and the doctor is very patient and understanding even with the kids as a patient. And moreover all the COVID guidelines were followed by the staff as the hygiene was maintained and the clinic was sanitised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the regular checkup and checked my specs number and wasted money, time and faith.
First a lady checked who was not a doctor with machine and then she handed over the slip to doctor. After that doctor checked with different lenses and gave me number and I made specs, but when my specs were ready and I put them on I wasn't able to read a single word & see anything with my left eye, which I am perfectly able to read without specs as well. This shows how carelessly the numbers are take by any lady who is not a doctor but looks compounder and I suffered due to this, as my money is wasted.
When I contacted on hospital number the person received call and told me that I am busy in some weeding function, and after that I did not receive any call and response, which I was told I will get. Please do not play with patients eyes and ruine it for money. The illiterate lady who checked it with machine have done something blunder. Hope doctor will take a look to this and improve service. I will not visit this hospital and recommend it to anyone.
