★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am used to receiving multiple calls and Reminders constantly for payments, inspite of justifying the current situation or the financial crisis, Bankers used to continuously call up and pester for payments. This led to loss of peace at home, totally upset, huge frustrations, Anger, kindly of mental illness you would be pushed to, loss of sleep, apetitie and what not ?
One of my Friend suggested to approach Single Debt for consolidation of all debts and handling of such harassment calls. It's a blessing in disguise for me, I explained my current situation to SingleDebt, who in turn handled brilliantly, giving me the much required peace of mind.

They know laws and RBI rules a& regulation that many Creditors don't know. Many people lost their job during pandemic and they are not able to pay loan to bank. Single debt is helping them to manage their debts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a Debt management plan (DMP) from SingleDebt and they have been real supportive in taking things seriously. I was being harrassed by the creditors and was bad named among my friends and work place.
After I signed up with them, I saw a decline in the calls I or my peers received. Rohini my account manager has been really helpful and answered any additional questions I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would first thank the person who started this type of company and thinking about us the debtor's who are very much in trouble and make them come out of tension from their Creditor's.
Singledebt is very much concerned about their clients and very much helpful when we get creditor's calls. Specially Paralegal team. Accounts teams and customer service team.
You might see negative comments here from others as stated they won't pay starting 2 months and they have missed to mention, that 2 monrhs they handle our Creditor's calls very proactively through calls and sometime if any emergency through whatsapp also. They also missed to mention they'll start paying to Creditor's from 3rd month without any miss and they send us the receipts for our references.
I would really appreciate Sudarshan and Pankaj from Paralegal team, who helped me to come out of the stressed me into relaxing mode. He handles collection dept calls and field executive. He's little busy by calling him through his number but if you just messge him am in trouble through whatsapp, he immediately calls me up and sort the situations by doing a conference calls who's threatening and harassing me from the Creditor's banker team. And also Bhusan from accouts team who helps me pay my Creditor's bank payments.
Am writing this as I have been with Singledebt client since 6 months and continuing. They really made to come out of the stressed life to relaxing life.
I would also like to Thank Vidya who explained me very well about their service and made me comfortable to join singledebt to handle all my debts accounts.
