I am very disappointed my the service station situated at Veera desai Andheri West. This was my first time visiting this particular service station. My tvs apache rtr 180 abs was not starting so I towed it to the Veera desai service station. i was being attended my a advisor called rizvan. I explained him the whole situation about my motorcycle and told him what all problems I have being facing with the motorcycle for a couple of day. I mentioned him all jobs to be done including change of both mirrors and one back signal light. My Motorcycle was being drooped off at the service station on the 25th of august 2020 and i was being promised to have my motorcycle back on the 26th of August 2020. I called a couple of times at the service centre but every time I kept calling they said they shall call me back and inform me back in next 5 minutes.I have to call atleast 10 times a day to know the current situation of my vehicle. The receptionist have very poor professionalism and very poor communication skills. They kept passing on false information to me the whole day. Same thing was continued on the third day as well. On Saturday the 28th august 2020 I was being informed that my vehicle is being taken care of and the guys are working on it and shall inform me as it should be ready soon. On calling upon in the evening of saturday I was being told that the vehicle is not starting up yet and they have just got a machine which they can try and see whats the problem and once that is done they will starts the service work on the vehicle. I was at shock by this phone call and couldn’t understand what exactly was going on. On midday they said the motorcycle was ready and I went to pick up the motorcycle. At the time of pick up there was no one to mention me that why would I have to spend a amount 0f rupees 10 thousand and what all parts were replaced and why were they replaced. As a advisor who did the job card would have being expected to be present to make me understand why was the vehicle broke down and what all parts have being replace to fix it. I had to wait for a time of two hours at the time of pick up and then even after that I get to know that the mirrors and back signal light were not being replace. I had to wait another one hour to get that done too. So after 4 days when I finally came to pickup my motorcycle it wasn’t ready at all. Two days after my lights stopped working and on returning back to the service centre I waited for a time frame of thee hours and after three hours the technician came and said that I would have to leave the motorcycle there to change the kill switch cause it wasn’t available at the time. Next day it was ready and it was all okay. Two days after all of sudden my vehicle breaks down again and there comes a bit of smoke form the head of the vehicle. I have to face many more trouble after that and today Is 15 of September 2020 and my vehicle is still at the service centre. I have spoke to the head their named after mahesh Sawant and let him know what experience I have got from there. They finally said that I have to change my whole wiring kit and It needs urgent replacement. My question is why was I not informed this the very first time and why fo have to leave my motorcycle her at the service centre for a time period of 20 days. I would like to receive a phone call from the head office to explain the whole situation. It a big nightmare to call the centre and even visit it, cause non of the employee have manners to treat their customer. I pledge that I would never visit tvs authorised service centre and I shall never ever recommend buying tvs motorcycle to anyone as the after sales service is very disappointing. After all that my bike came with a different seat ( not even rtr ) and a scooty spark plug.

I feel the experience has dropped from my last visit to this visit.. I also saw one customer fighting as had received two different parts bills with huge different charges for same TVS Nitro scooty..

Most Pathetic service I have ever been to, i simply don't understand what these people are slowly slowly doing, these people should simply quit their job and look for alternatives. No value for costumer's time, I was sitting two hours and they didn't even touch the bike, after rising from my seat they tell we'll take it up just next, and in another half an hour there is no effect. It's like jonny lever saying "abbhi theek karke deta hu"

After first service of new TVS Jupiter 125 BS6 I am feeling too much vibration throughout the vehicle. Even I had driven this vehicle for more than 500 kms along with the way of service centre but just after the service i have start feeling the vibration while going back to my home ,I don't know what they did but this is totally un expected that vehicle start performing poor after the service. As you asked i can come on next satuarday for the same with vehicle pls check and get it fixed.

Poor Ambience & Managment, Rude staff. Service center like this spoils the TVS brand image. Local mechanics have better setup than this service center has. Atleast local mechanics dont try to loot you.

Service is superb. Suggested to go for maintenance. But the staff will try adding unnecessary expenses to your finale billing. In the finale billing they will also not add the correct amount by applying apt discounts...

One of the worst service centre . They have 2nd quality products. I had given by bike for service break liners are of second quality goods , Clutch of the Jupiter was not fixed properly by the engineer don not fall into the pray of the service centre as they will steal your money.Very bad service Really very bad .

They are not doubt technically proficient to service your vehicle. No qualms with the performance of the vehicle. However their pick up and drop service is not the one you should opt for. They charge you way too much. They did not deliver my vehicle on the same day as promised. Also on the next day, after constant follow ups they delivered my vehicle. The vehicle was unwashed. Really disappointed with the servicing experience.
