How is it Different from Normal ISP License?
VNO license is issued for a term of 10 years without bank guarantee whereas ISP license is issued for 20 years and with a bank guarantee.
ISPs can provide ISP franchisee to other telecom companies, but VNOs cannot give franchisees.
ISPs have the liberty to buy and use the bandwidth of other ISP, VNOs cannot do this.
SISTEMOS IS A VNO ISP, so be carefully , no Franchise Agreement Any operator Your internet Business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will pay 650 rupees package... which is give me only 20mbps...but no anytime my internet speed give me upto 7mbps...only it give 5 or 6mbps.and also it is not stable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GUYS PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR THIS ISP AS MY VERY BEST FRIEND WAS USING THIS SERVICE AND HE WAS HAVING A LOT OF ISSUES IN CONNECTION. THEY NEVER CAME TO FIX AND RESOLVE IT. MY FRIEND HAS SUFFERED A LOT AND WASTED A LOT OF HIS HARD EARNED MONEY FOR USING THIS ISP. HE HAS TOLD ALL OF HIS FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO USE THIS ISP AND BETTER GO FOR BSNL FIXED LINE BROADBAND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worthless ISP. The customer service executive is such a peculiar item that whenever we explain any issues, this ill-trained guy comes up with his Brahmastra which never works, i.e. to restart the home router again and again. After several failed attempts, he used to make some excuses to explain the shortage of professional technicians. I have never seen them fixing any issues at least before 4 - 5 days of sufferings. Now, the Consumer Forum is left as the only hope for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A service that is not stable over POE device. Frequent disconnect and speed also varies in the evening. This i am writing after using the service for 2 years. The service has detoriated over the years. I have a wireless connection in Rajarhat. The connection is very much infrequent. When you call there is no response. Even when the call is picked no satisfactory answer is provided as to when the connection would be functional. The service has detoriated from bad to worse now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very Bad internet service provider i ever seen . I am using almost 2 years . They are totaly provide slow internet service and take extra charges in every pack. when modiji tell us Digital India but this broadband not provide on line recharge becasue if they provide on line recharge thery can not get extra money. for 30 mbps pack (ROBUL 30) they chaged 850 ruppes.
Please do not use this broadband service .
