I don't know how candidates get hired for a company where HR like Prashant takes interview, at first place he doesn't know how to pronounced name,secondly he doesn't know to asked for permission to talk,thirdly doesn't listen or let to complete the sentence to candidates and lastly very rude.

Great place with silent ambience. Just hate those bouncers of the place who don't let you smoke outside apart from smoking chamber. That's ridiculously funny.

Worst company they will treat you like slaves.. at the time of joining they will be very humble and when cand hit nesting then they will ask you to extend and the manager is just wow he even dont know anything about process

Initialy I had the perception that It would be great to work with Sitel but later on I realised that I was wrong. It has been really pathetic experience and that's because of the management and authorities. They modify the policies as per their own whims and fancies. They keep on providing incorrect and false information about so many things. I was a part of Trainline, They stated that the fnf time frame is 45 days but later on changed their statement and said it takes 60 working days. They also stated that the salary cycle was meant to be from the 21st of the last month till the 20th of the current month but after I left the office and was waiting for my FnF amount, they credited less amount than expected and gave us the reason that this was never the case and the salary cycle starts from the 1st of the month. As a cherry on the cake when i checked the details of my salary slip they missed out to give credit the additional amounts of my incentives. When I raised a question about this they just shrugged it off by saying that I was not eligible and even though incorrect information and false promises were given which caused mental stress and a financial distress, it will only be considered as a feedback. But the funny part was that I was eligible for all those mentioned amounts as I already checked that with my team leader and also helped them to rectify the mistakes made by the management during my last days in the office. Overall it was a pathetic experience as the management considers themselves and act like tyrants showing off their authority and power with sugar coated words. They have a tendency to hold grudges. They don't know how to fairly treat the tenured employees who have been working for a long time and has shown pure dedication and that is the reason that their process Trainline doesn't have tenure people left as they leave the organisation in disgust in order to find a company who can atleast appreciate them. My suggestion is there are better companies with a cooperative and more coordinated management out there.

When you join a company you create a pre assumption thinking that this company might the best choice but the opposite happend with me.Sitel does have a goodwill in the market but the insights are worst than that. I have worked there as an advisor as well as I was almost promoted as a TL and the experience was really bad during the later part when i became a tenured employee. The management is not coordinted at all. Initially we are given false hopes and promises to keep us temporarily happy and motivated so that we won't hamper the productivity. But later on when we expect those promises to be fulfilled we get to know that 'there would have been a miscommunication' or 'It was a miss from the managements end and our greivance will be only taken as a feedback'. What difference will these statements bring apart from creating a negative perspective about the organisation. The employees are kept inside a dream bubble created by the management and the HR team but later on that same bubble gets burst and blown away by the same set of people in the organisation who created it.They modify the policies as per their own whims and fancies. Savvy vijaran has no ethics to behave with the freshers , she is rude and a baised person , they made my experience hell , only because of savy vijayran iam giving 0 starts to sitel , keep HR’s that are taught how To behave with people instead of targeting them and making their morale down. the meeting that is scheduled at 11:30 am savvy vijaran send link for that meeting at 12 pm , and when you join at 12 pm she has the audacity to ask you why are you late and ehy you try to explain her she disrespects you and bashes you off , god is there to watch everyone’s karma .
