★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever, my wifi barely works for 10 days in a month and that too with low speed internet. After multiple complaints, it was assured the problem wont be repeated again but we have to call the customer care in every couple of days. The customer care doesn't listen at all and give fake promises of repairing the wifi. No technical team has ever come to repair it but every time it is said a technical team will visit and take care of the problem. Please DO NOT buy this broadband service as they just take the money and in the name of the service give absolutely nothing except a modem which is kept like a show piece and doesn't work.
I would say burn your money away but dont buy this service, they are a group of cons and do not know how to do anything!!!!!!!
