★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to call them twice a day to get your internet working, they are really unprofessional people. Not recommended at all, the internet doesn't work. From 6 out of 7 days it doesn't work. Very bad services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service deliverables. The call center no's don't work since the IVR will keep saying "we will get back to you". "pls hold the line...." when it connects their would be no response.. the services are down for more than 24 hours & their is no on to address the fault. i would not recommend NETRA BROADBAND Services to any of my circle from now since its services & client response is pathetic. i am struck now, now need to change my internet broadband service provider....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally worst services provider very bad experience with this. Make call daily to poor network/ speed connectivity problem but they only registered complaints but did not take any action. When you make call to customer support they will Hang-up your make you hold for 15 to 20 min or more. I have recorded the call during takes they are taking to eachother not taking any resolution and responses. I also mail to their customer support, nodal officer, same feedback form them as well. Very very worst services. If I give -0 to him then that will Not suitable for him.
