★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfortunately 0 star isn't available ,I was using airtel for nearly a decade and switched to them because there was no fiber from airtel in my area
Never ever do this mistake of opting this ISP, reasons below :
1. the internet will surely be down for at least once a week , they consider it as a lucky charm of minimum downtime of 2-3- hrs atleast.
2. nobody cares , neither the customer care nor the local operator
3. once the internet is down , rest assured that it wont come before 24-48 hrs.
4. if you are a wfh employee please do not make the mistake of opting them, they don't understand the concern
5. I will choose mtnl over them ( yes mtnl) they are that worst.
6. they know their service so they make recharge plans in such a way that you get trapped for at least a year. I will surely disconnect once this is over .
7. Today for a minor fault in wire they wasted my whole day .
