★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last three days my broadband completely down and i called customer service around 25 times. All the time one or other person took phone and repeated the world " sir your problem will solved soon. we will sent our technician as early as possible". But till time my problem existing.. poor services... No belief in this organisation......very poor...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ consumer service is very bad. if internet goes down. nobody picks up phone at their complaint centre.the phone just keeps ringing or is busy most of the time . sometimes they just picks the phone up an keep it down without saying anything. one time i paid my monthly bill and the balance deducted from my account but internet didnt work. i complained in their office and they said they didnt recieve the payment. the internet worked after 7 days and they said it was their fault but didnt reimburshed the lost 7 days payment. worst private broadband provider
