★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Internet Service Provider. Don't waste your money on this.
Firstly, they will promise you optical fibre cables & speed. But the reality on ground is they can not provide even a basic 1mbps speed. Even after paying a exorbitant high amount of 2500/- as non refundable installation fee for installing cables, I am stuck with latency of 911ms.
Secondly, whenever these issues happen, contact customer support, they will reply with a standard "software upgrade". During these pathetic software upgrades, either there is complete downtime or latency is too much high that even 2G will seem faster.
Don't waste your money on this pathetic network. Go for other wired providers / go for JioFi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen the worst broadband company ever ,complaining from last 7 days regarding no wifi ,but still no response from any company executive and not ready to refund the amount also . They intentionally stop the wifi from evening time to morning ,to prevent usage . In 1 month they only provide 10 days wifi ,other days it never works . This company sucks ,at the time ,when everyone rely on online work .
