★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a resident of sukhobristi. The worst customer care service i ever had. They think they own this area and giving internet and cable in charity. They did not pick up the call and very unpunctual in reacharge. If anyone is planning for cable and broadband just go for tata sky/ airtel

One year back the siti cable employee approached us for cable and wifi services and promised us when we stop the service at the return of the router and the hardware, our 50% money will be refunded.
We have stopped our services for a few months now because of terrible network problems and no help from the customer service (no one even picks up the phone).
When we asked then for our money return their answer is that the policy has been changed now and there are no money returns. This change of policy was never communicated to us.
Now it makes me wonder is their policy only in words, to lure customers, just to market a horrible network and when the time comes for help or for returns they are running away and no one stands accountable, not the company, not the local operator, no one.
Also we stopped our tv connection almost 6 months back, now that we told them about the return of money, they are saying our bill for Feb is due. Which it is not. However this even can't be contested as the card they used to sign (customer and the operator) on receiving the monthly bill, that card system they have cancelled and now the cards are not there with them. So how do I know if they are robbing me of that too, lying that my Feb bill is due. When I asked him can you produce any proof, they don't have any.
All to summarize - terrible experience with the network and with the employees.

Even if they say that their service has improved/owner has changed/network cable has been upgraded/will provide the latest device/will provide refund/will give the service for free/will pay you to use SITI. Just Don't.
Go for Airtel OR Tata sky broadband.

They will tell you that deposit will be refunded which is not the case.ITS A LIE.
SERVICE is very poor compared to others like Airtel.Internet speed is slow and service gets down very frequently.
Dont go for it. Big NO.

We are using this internet since years and we have got the beat quality n speed net till now.
Amazing packages and continous service disruption level is less than 1% in 365 days. Even t sky hasnt provided the good speed 8n shapoorji. Only cons is we need to pay the bill online before the date ends or else we need to contact them...and service support is not available after 6 pm...thats just negative thing.

They have connection issue frequently and the interesting part is when you lodge any complain they will tell you "We are coming" but they won't. They stopped receiving phone. If you face any internet issue during the evening (After 6 PM) then forget about resolving that issue before 12 - 2 PM very next day not before that.Pathetic service ! Such kind of franchise should not be allowed to run business in the Smart City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strongly agree with the reviews below . Every month they would follow up as if I have taken a post paid connection and I would have to pay the amount . Rowdy people operating . And these local contractors for other dth connections are all involved with them . My building has Tata sky and Airtel but when they came to me .. they were like network nhi Ayesha aap Siti lo . And what a waste 2900 plus taxes ( no one knows ) for what for the connection without any thing . Plus no free pay in advance . 2900 plus monthly subscription . Sab by force e chalta hai yeah pe
