It is well equipped with both reserved and unreserved ticket counters, ATVM machines, public toilets, waiting rooms, wifi, drinking water, parking space, wheelchair accessible entrance etc. The only drawback is the lack of trains connecting Suri with Kolkata. Only two trains (Mayurakshi Express and Hool Express) connects this district town with the capital of West Bengal.

Very difficult to cross platform with heavy luggage and elderly people.. Next big drawback is unavailability of Toto/Auto at the parking..even you get one they will ask mostly insane amount.. Also there is a red-light area just outside the station premises..

This station is used by not only siuri local residents also there are some villages and city who used this station also........ Structure type Standard Parking Available Bicycle facilities Available Line:- Andal–Sainthia branch line......... Neat and clean environment but there is a problem? No Bathroom ? available...one is available outside of station (Showing in map) which is showing also closed...Now if someone have an emergency what they do ?..... Railway Authority have to do something about this issue.... Thanks if you read till here?......
