β β β β β Hello there Iam B.Dhanraj owner of hero impulse I always do my bike servicing at service centre which is located in Vizag Vishakhapatnam dhondaparthy shiva Sankara and the last time which I gave my bike to Service about two months ago still now I did not get any response
From Showroom And I always get troubled on servicing they are taking two months of time to give service to my bike I want to know what is wrong with the Hero company

β β β β β Well, I took my bike here today and guess what they fixed it in 20mins infront of me and did water servicing too. On a whole it took 30mins to fix and make my bike look as new.. I really appreciate the service I got today. Hope to continue the same.

β β β β β Executive guy don't know how to deal with customers, I asked him about xpulse 4v price details, he said he don't know anything,he is saying things in a rude way .the way he speaks in Telugu, it sounded like he is frustrated with his Job and all he wants is to irritate customers. I asked him about csd rates and other Info ,he said he dont know.brother I asked the same question to 10 other hero showrooms ,they replied me in a polite way. This is something I missed here. Lack of proper communication and being rude to customers .hope higher officials look into this matter and solve it.

They don't know how to treat wid customer they r doing only like lipstick work as well as they r making bike more damage as expected to him ....rating below 1/2.

β β β β β Staff is very irresponsible,behaving in a rude way,we went to buy a bike he don't know how to behave with customers.I said I will post a complain regarding this then he said keep complaint no problem!!. Very bad showroom,and customer executive please look into this.U should keep name plates on the executive t shirts.

β β β β β Pathetic service staff. Fooling customers in the name of free service. Kept the vehicle for 6 hours without checking the breaks. No job card prepared ,no bill given in soft or hard copy. They want cash payment. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEN WITH YOUR VEHICLE.

β β β β β They cheat customer in the name of free service. Kept vehicle for 6 hours without checking the breaks even when it was reported to the service incharge. They don't prepare job card,don't give break up of bill and copy of bill never given. When complained they provide 10 numbers to call but your complain is never heard. Complained on twitter and still no response.DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE.
