★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have spare parts for the vehicles they sell, This shop is completely monopoly, if one goes to his shop after one year of buying it, he indirectly refuse to repair it, and only he has the authority to purchase parts throughout Visakhapatnam. No other dealer sell the vehicle parts. It is better to buy petrol vehicle than to depend on him to repair your vehicle in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased REO LI in Oct 2019 and in Jan 2021its controller and On-Off Switch started malfunctioning after 1371 km only (after 15 months). The company refused to replace the components. I have paid Rs.4700 for these components. Very rude behaviour from company and not supported by dealer also. This company uses worst/substandard components so that these do not work after warranty period.
It is better to go for other company electric vehicle.
