★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer receiving is worst, and top -of- it its services are very poor enough than any other's showrooms,so to say this among them supervisor is the number:1 coward & mechanics are the poor skilled with solving the problem they ready for asking tip, its there job and they have do there job ; i don't know why these people going to ask tip for servicing i think these management is not providing any salaries to them, here they feels themselves that they gave a bike for a free of cost. They don't even bother what the problem is facing from the customer is they simply try to ignore the problem/escape from that issue which raised by the customer.& yes due to this consequences the bike is loosing its Brand Name Of YAMAHA .What's the Big deal of buying good bikes which not covering all its general parameter's of providing services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no proper response, I have purchased MT-15 BS6 on this year April, due to an accident, my bike gave for service on 13days ago(13-Aug-2021), my bike is still placed on there and they people have no time to give a estimate at least for cost of service. I Had pressure from insurance company. if I'm loose my insurance claim period who is responsible for this? Your company people said "company don't have spares parts to do service to your bike and please wait for 2 or 3 months and your bike must be place here only". should we purchase a bike to keep store in service center? that too not in days it is months? I'm request you to please take an action and allocate spare parts and deliver my bike ASAP. service center is Platinum motors, Dondaparty, Railway new colony road, Visakhapatnam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can assure you its the worst service center in town. They don't attend the complains just do the basic service and give your vehicle. They accept only cash and can make u stand for several minutes saying we are arranging change. No place to sit. There intention is just to make instant money they dont bother anything brand image or customer service.

Hey Yamaha team if your there here then help us.. Or better close your business in Visakhapatnam.. Your responsibility is takecare of our bikes not only selling products n gaining profits..
