If you see around Gopalapatnam area, this is the only massive showroom and service centre for Hero.
Customer support should be proper. Executives won't be available when required. Have to wait for long time for work to be done.

I would suggest vist this place to check your required bike and buy from other Hero showroom even it's far from your place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center. List all your complaints and tell them, at the time of delivery they will only do the basic service and engine oil change. Also, they'll say that there are no complaints to repair. Staff are least bothered and irony is that the feedback team doesn't take negative feedback. There's a lady who calls for feedback, she doesn't accept a negative feedback and is unresponsive. Overall, unresponsive team. It's pointless to give a bike here for a service. Better find a good mechanic or another service center in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much satisfied with the staff they talk politely before purchasing but after purchasing they are least bothered about any issues and also they have only one finance option which is muthoot finance ,inspite of taking all the proof's they required ,they still keep disturbing for some or the other reasons very bad experience am facing...very sorry Harsha motors to share this kind of review but am writing what am facing today..kindly improve your services and also try to provide other finance options to the customers to speedup your sales..hope the management will look after this reviews and make amendments ..Thankyou

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had got my vehicle servicing done at this workshop of Harsha motor and in which battery fuse was replaced in view shorting but they didn't tried to find out reason of fuse shorting and the same fuse was shorted again within 04 hrs.
So kindly request undertake analysis of the problem and then resolve , don't just replace like local roadside shop , people have faith on authorised service centre so pls maintain that thses small like things create a lot of problems to user.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Services for new vehicle delivery. With lot of hopes we buy new vehicles and when they deliver they deliver with worst services. No proper fixing of accessories. Unnecessarily bought accessories from these guys. Foot mat , seat cover not properly fixed, agency asked one says I am not responsible. With lot of hopes I wanted to gift it to my wife and it all got ruined. When questioned no one responds to customer
