β β β β β The worst customer dealing and service i have ever experienced. Each time tey come with a new excuse for the incomplete work they execute. Had they been using there energy towards providing good service rather than finding excuses, the feedback would have been just the opposite. No value of time of the customer. Pathetic amd insensitive management skills.

β β β β β This is my 4th time. In this showroom there is never a spare parts available. Service is good . When ever I ask them to Repair my speedometer they never had a Spare part for it to replace it. Not even a tyre . This place is only good for Cleaning and Changing oil. Not if you want to Replace something they will never have a Spare part. For it

β β β β β Worst service I had ever experienced, Careless in vehicle servicing and rudely treating with their customer, poor service, especially the supervisor (Raju) is a highly irresponsible and irrespectable person. Actually in my personal experience 1 star is also not worth for that service center. I'm highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service..

β β β β β Worst staff, Amount for all accessories were charged during purchase of TVS Jupiter, but all accessories not fitted and told that stock not available, they will fit during servicing, number of servicing done still waiting from year 2018.

β β β β β When I go for 3rd free service and my scooty run only 5501 km,his staff said that after 12 months free service not applicable.but clearly mentioned in service hand book,3rd free service (a) 5000-6000 km or (b)8 months.then I took paid service.and other one is service charges.service charges is double compare to other service centers.

β β β β β Worst service center I have ever seen. Service incharge is very rude and irresponsible especially he doesn't know how to talk customer. How can he tell come tomorrow for servicing we have today lots of vehicles. Of you have so much vehicle then why your office call and tell customer go to service center your service is due. We provide best services. Pathetic. Idiots

β β β β β Experience is ok but they will take lot of time for registration and delivery.
I went to this showroom at 1 PM and got the bike at 6 PM. So they take 6 hours for registration and vehicle delivery.
