★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very very poor and pathetic staff. Making money from the people by changing unnecessary parts. Real problems are not solving and if we go for simple problem, they are telling to change whole part. How this service center is running.. Don't know. No transparency in work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Pulsar vehicle electrical issue expalined to supervisor..but he don't worked on ...after bill ,he told spares are not available to solve..we wil check next service....that too big service center had no bulbs to replace ..too disappointed..I had taken 2300 AMC also...that too wasted for poor service of work today....plz don't take Amc ..they don't care after payment done.. avoid to do service ur vehicles here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service , after keeping bajaj pulsar for 02 days returned without attending all my complain. Next day same problem occurred when reached there they told that's ur bike fault , and telling other problem . Worst service ever.

I gave my Pulsar RS 200 for general servicing without any complaints. All I got back was the same bike without even cleaning.
They might or might not have changed the engine oil, might or might not have done the brake fluid top up I asked for.
No cleaning done at all.
When I asked for it, they said that the bike does not have a centre stand, so they could not clean.
They charged me around 1800 INR, how can I trust them that they will do other aspects of the servicing properly when they didn't do simple cleaning? U can get better service at a local bike repair shop for last than 1/3rd price.

1. No preference for customer here and no one has patience to explain about complaint of bike(they simply say this is cost that is final ).
2.No online payment ,in this growing digital world payment through offline is bit difficult,and also they demand of single rupee also.
3.For to service a bike ,it is a big process .first book appointment then go to that place and make in queue also patience to recommendation candidate to go first.
4.No one follow COVID rules . everyone having masks but they cover masks to their beard instead of mouth and nose.
5.As i said earlier customer is nothing here ,they raise voise if you talk more details about bike details/bill details/what is the process.
6.General charges(574)+ consumable charge+ tax (200) =total 774/-. I don't understand what is general service and consumable service .if anyone knows kindly post that..
I don't know if they call back for service feedback.
Finally at any place customer experts some respect and good response.if u expect both Better to skip this place .
