★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today my daughter(Hanvika) was having a high fever we rushed to the sunrise hospital at 9:30 am, she was 3 months old and as soon as we reached to the Dr.Suresh garu, the way he took the initiative on the patient and the way he explained the parents about the issue and his clarification was excellent.The best was spending his most valuable time to his patient and explaining queries with patience.......the receiving and the politeness he showed to us the best..... Dr.Suresh garu, to get a nice person with a great talent and with patience is the blessing to our society...... On behalf of my family, we all hope that you reach great heights..... Thank you sir for your warmest concern....

Just 3 days before my cousins baby who was 4 years old was in your hospital getting treatment what have you said in those 4 days that the baby condition better than before but you haven’t intimidated that the baby is still in worst condition when they approached me i took all the reports and shown to my family doctor who referred to neonatologist not paediatrician ok. He told the real truth that if the baby even survives even if he survives he may be brain dead and have many complications that which was not told to the parents in those 4 days. You have not even told even try to tell them the real issue… when this argue was going on lady who sat beside me told that when admitted she was told not only by you but by the doctor who did the operation told her that only one day is sufficient but it was 4 th or 5 th day it-seems she was telling this is what you are doing in your hospital and more you are telling me not to post with knowingly.
I am editing as i have no option to reply to i have replied you but i think i will come to you in personal… so i want all public to know about what we have faced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know how this place got many good reviews, went for OPD after seeing the reviews since I am new to Gajuwaka area. Doctor didn't even spend few minutes time to review our case and want to close quickly with some medicines. He was keep looking at the CCTV all the time and not listening to us. Better I will not trust Google reviews next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was having cold and severe cough so I rushed to the Sunrise hospitals for treatment. Dr. Tirupathi sir prescribed some medicine. As my kid started completely rejecting his meals he diagnosed and adviced for admission as it was pneumonia. He treated with care. The staff were very approachable and took good care of my kid. I am happily leaving the hospital now with my baby. Thank you everyone.
Also The hygiene of the hospital is also appreciable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital service is excellent ,cleanliness I didn't see in gajuwaka In any hospital 3 times cleaning in a day .doctors and nurses are well efficient and very supportive and explain each and every treatment they have given to my kid . The #only 24x7 emergency hospital with excellent lab service pharmacy and ICU . KEEP GOING LIKE THIS ALWAYS IN FUTURE AHEAD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Children hospital with all the basic facilities. Pediatrician, pediatric cardiologist, ambulance service are available. Well maintained hygienic environment and ample parking space as it is near to highway. Availed Covid vaccination (covaxin ) service here , billing and vaccination process was very smooth. Good front desk staff.

Need to improve:
1. Bathroom condition.
2. Single room should have attached bathroom facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by entire hospital staff... The doctors are well caring, deeply examine the kid. My kid have admitted with multiple problems in the hospital.but now is getting cured. The nurses also very attentive. Very neatly maintained Rooms. But as everyone saying, bit costly.
