Recently my father was admitted in the hospital. Doctor and Nurse were good N quick response from them . Especially duty doctor Dr PRASANTHI mam is very nice , polite , cool n consistent. I didn't come across a doctor like her. Its our pleasure to have such a nice Doctor . ROSHINI , ASRATHI , DHANA LAXMI , ALEKYA N BHUVANESWARI nurses were very hard working n friendly nature. Cleaning staff also Giving a good service. Clean maintenance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for general checkup for family. Very courteous staff.
The general wellness check up is at the 2nd floor. You can see the wellness center there.
From what I could see, the wellness center is very clean and the waiting lounges are good too. Good ventilation. Dedicated nurses are provided and we don't have to worry about anything. Everything will be taken care by the nurses. Very good engagement between staff nurses and public citizens coming for check-ups.
Billing was also a smooth process. They do keep us informed about the progress about different tests.
Very detailed brochure for different types of medical tests. However, what I found odd was the fact that there is no vitamin health check up packages. They are not included in general. For such a big hospital, it should have been present.
Another difficulty is the lifts. Lifts have a very long wait time. Atleast 5 minutes is the wait time during peak hours (9am - 2pm). And it's also everytime crowded.
Doctor consultation was satisfactory too. Would clear all our concerns. One thing I would suggest for people who visit for general check up is to know all the pre-existing conditions you have and then explain to the doctors so that they will take an informed decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience . I barely waited to be helped when my mother checked in for Total Knee Replacement. The Dr. A. Pratap Reddy and staff at SICU 2 were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how the nursing staft really took their time to explain my mother's conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this HOSPITAL.

Recently i was admitted my relatives for covid treatment in an emergency. your team and doctors responding very well and after admission treatment also good. with in short time my relatives was recovered as earliest.
Staff nurses and housekeeping staff also giving good services and humbled. hospitality was very grate.

The facilities and staff cooperation were excellent...all the tests and reports were done smooth and fast in the same premise....vizag's most popular doctors are now practicing in this hospital...its premise is very big, neat and clean, new and well organized..I shall recommend this hospital if you need any medical assistance in Visakhapatnam.
