★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are very good perfect diagnosis and medications provided.
Especially general physician Dr. Ramesh naidu is God to our family for his treatment and diagnosis for my mother during covid 19 infection rescued my mother and recovered from serious illness.
.but in patient ward nurses are very careless and don't know even sample collection and doesn't take care of patients. I'm giving 5 star only for doctors treatment, nurses are very irresponsible and totally confused how to take care of patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried to reach hospital number given in the file to take appointment before coming but unfortunately no one picked the call despite of several times trying. We stay in Ramapuram near Anakapalli so we have to make prior arrangements before coming so we want appointment confirmation.
We suggest to improve the appointment schedule confirmation for better convenient for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel too good after treatment here. Doctor's are behaving friendly and solve our problems. One problem is here to doctors are not available in evening time. Dr R lalitha is a best neurologist who can find my problem and helps to treatment me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will squeeze your money with unnecessary reasons . Service charges are highest , next comes doctors. When you are about to get conclusion and discharge doctor goes on leave and you will need to stay in hospital until doctor returns. Avoid at all costs . not worthy. movies lo chupinchedi absolutely true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultant doctors are not punctual. On top of it, the line management nurses never follow token numbers, people had to stay outside door for their turn so that other people don’t slip in to grab others turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience, Hospital junior level staff(nurses) seems very immatured and illeitrate . They don't even know any details, lack of communication, awareness makes it difficult. If we ask about anything they don't even answer well.
Definitely its the problem of management HR who do take care of these criteria.
Must have to look after these basic things which made a lot of persons to rate a hospital to a very low level.
