★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience and money minded people are employed at billing desk and they force you to go with cash instead of an insurance. Absolutely terrible experience and please dont prefer it for maternity and add another headach .
As of now they quoted three different prices and still not finalised. Harsh behaviour to elder people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital in Vizag, management doesn't know the billing principles. They can't follow up with insurance agency.
It's about 14 hours back(6:30 AM) they told that I will be discharged, but still saying that it will be late (8:30PM).
The worst billing process, Even the enquiry number affixed in the hospital is not in use. When we call it says incoming to this number is temporarily stopped.
Will have to raise and highlight the issue to the next level and IMA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone who are choosing any hospital. Just remember one think you have a write to ask in detail about your treatment and medicine cost and check is it really that much of cost in goolgle. If you are not understand anything in that process ask to your family doctors or others. who have a knowledge about it.
Suppose, you have long term treatment like 10 days or more make a book and write it about dailywise treatment cost A to Z.
And another important thing is before going to any treatment ask to doctor how much it take at the end of the day.
Before going to any private hospital think twice guys these hospitals are too bad and more commercial these days.
Don't trust any doctor by his/her words everyone is commercial now a days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I underwent a surgery at LG hospitals in October. I am very happy with all the Doctors' expertise and the treatment received in operation theatre as well as an inpatient later. I am also happy with the infrastructure of the hospital per se. However, much needs to be done in training the staff on communicating with patients respectfully . Similarly , the staff in their ICU needs to be trained regularly on the behavioral etiquette in ICU .
