★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited SRL Diagnostics to submit blood samples of my sister for blood test for one of her treatments. The people at the reception desk were very co-operative. She was very helpful in providing the information patiently and politely. They sent the samples to Mumbai for this particular tests. The test reports arrived in time. They have an mobile app in which one can check the reports. The reports can also be check in their website.
They also have corporate health check ups available. The centre looked clean and neat. It wasn't that busy/rush when I visited it. So there was not much of a waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited SRL diagnostics today morning...i had a very bad experience at the reception..the women at the reception desk don't even know how to talk with the patients. She's very arrogant. Actually I had to give my blood sample in 3hrs pasting before waking. I called the lab day before yesterday and she dint give me proper Information and told one hr pasting. Yesterday I went with one hr pasting nd had to return back home without giving blood sample because of that irresponsible lady receptionist. The guy next to her gave me proper information nd very polite. The women who took my blood sample was also very polite. Only bcoz of that arrogant lady at the desk im giving one rating.
