ECG was not taken properly and there was no proper response from the management... The 1st ecg was abnormal and the 2nd ecg was normal.... The staff doesn't know how to place the leads and they are very stingy for the electrode gel... Response is very bad... Vijaya is such a rennowned centre and and ecg doesn't give that accurate information... Such a bad experience with vijaya

My details in reports were printed wrong and I asked them to change my name in reports.They refused to change my name in reports and also in MRI filming .tried to compromise me .I asked for refund then after one hour fight they agreed to change and provide new documents .finally my doctor appointment missed that day. Very lasy workers .very very poor washrooms .hey don't like to share Information what we need - lasy to speak .

Mr. Ramakrishna is a best resourceful employee. Personnel at the reception, billing and scanning counters are very positive approach to wards clients. Over all service is excellent. ?

I got itching allergy since 4am next day of 10th February 2022, where I undergone MRI ultrasound and x-ray tests between 8.30 and 9.30 pm. Still it is continue itching. Dermatologist says the dress provided (which h was really bad torn and dirty) might be one reason and I doubt the same. I donno about the gel used in the lab. Requesting you to provide a clean dress and not used dress kept in old racks. Give some attention to the customers. I am to go to the dermatologist again as the skin problem still continues. The reason for mailing at this time is due to itching that robbed my sleep. Try to improve on customer care. Sudhakar J

Well Organized, quick action, great coordination, soonest appointment for MRI by Technical (Mr.Chanti garu & team) and also Effective communication & cooperative frontend/reporting staff. Got the report well in time (got mobile message with in 1 hr from scan completion) by respecting the emergency/priority levels of patient. Good Laboratory protocols & machinery/equipment also.

Worst experience at this center. I requested staff that issue my wife USG report as early as possible as her case some what critical based on doc examination. Based on this report Doc. Should take decision about further admission/ procedure. They took scan at 11.15am yesterday. Gave report 1 .40 pm.by that take doc left. Even I requested no. Of time, nobody responded. In addition to that they took more time than usual time for report generation. After lot of effort I could able to get by 1.40 pm. But I could not able to meet doc. Then I went to other doc as my regular doc left for other place. Case like will come one in 100s in some critical time. U should understand & give some priority. Rather than giving priority you 2.30 hr.for giving report. Now a days all diagnostics centres are ready to give USG with in 1 hr. Without any request from patient. My experience at this center is worst & Decided if any emergency is there we should not come to u. All staff are irresponsible , lazy &don't know how to understand patient conditions. All staff pretended to be busy always. After lot of effort at 1.20pm when I entered report generation room my dealing staff was useless chatting with others by keeping my & other reports in her hand. By that time my wife felt down & sent to hospital. I want to tell one word. If any body requested about medical just u assume that what will you do if ur in patient situation. Correct ur attitude consider if any one coming for emergency situation.

I was with my nephew who is 3days older. Who asked me to wait for 30mins only just for billing. Asking to stay a 3days baby in a open atmosphere is good to her sensitive skin? Even i pleased them to please consider even though there are no more patients for tests. When it comes to new born babies, there should be some consideration.

Highly unprofessional behavior. Over telephone they told me to come at 8:30am and now it's 12:30 and I am still waiting. Para Medical staff is worst. As all other diagnostic centers they want to raise your bill and Busy in gossiping. Not even going through the prescription seriously. Proper training is required to reception people so that they can understand the prescription. Even patients have the value for their time.
