★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Jayanthi is an excellent human(professional n personal). One fo the best gynaecologist in town. Surely you can visit for women related issues. She can treat with 100% assurance. We joined in Amma hospital for our delivery and she did excellent. Even pediatricians are very nice. Do not know about other departments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally commercial. They prescribe medicine only which will be sold at their pharmacy and the pharmacy person insists to take 30 tablets even if the doctor directs to use 15 tablets. They also collect only cash and don't accept any digital payment. Very arrogant staff behavior. Not at all satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic staff behaviour and etiquette. Receptionist employed is crass, uncouth, uncultured, mannerless, unprofessional and arrogant employee. Doesn't know English, he claims. Wonder how this so called 'hospital' functions.
Was given an appointment slip for one Dr Rambabu and told to go to 4th floor. When we went there, there was no name-board of this doctor, just an OT located there. And upon enquiry in the 3rd floo, wer were told that the doctor is in surgery and would be free only after 45 minutes. I wonder why the reception and the people who were doing the billing did not intimate me regarding the delay... it could have saved me time as well as money.
Cancellation of the appointment after vigorous discussions took another precious 20 minutes. Wasn't able to get my work done due to this loss of time here. Unprofessional arrogant staff and an absolute sham in the name of a hospital. But I don't expect better from the bylanes of Vizag, these days.
