★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a night with my family (of four) while visit Mumbai for offical work. Vinita is an incredible host who always makes sure that she will attend to your queries as soon as she can. Her apartment is new and well laid out, clean and very homely. If looking for a place in the BKC area then I would highly recommend this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying at apartments of Sixth Sense Hospitality regularly. Must say, the quality of apartments is very good. Central location. Reasonable pricing and very helpful staff. The service provided is excellent. Caretaker is very helpful. It's truly a home away from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service received from staff and especially from deepak bhai and vinita mam.They are providing excellent service to their guests just by phone call.There is no need to meet them personally. Apartment Rates are reasonable. All staff persons are very co operative and ready to help you any time.It is very near to US consulate office.It takes hardly 10 to 15 min to reach at there.Great locality.
I am grateful of you mam and your staff.I share this experience to my friend circle too.Highly recommended for business trips and long stays with family too.

Home away from home. They know requirement of all customers. I would prefer them over any of the other hotel properties in Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For an Indian stay, this is high quality. They have multiple apartments so it might not be at the address listed and also BE AWARE there are other people living in the apartment and a handful of 5 or so Indian helper staff who are in the living room and will be there the entire time, BUT they will not enter your actual room and in my case my room was huge with a queen bed, small sitting room and separate bathroom. The bathroom is very nice with a full size shower. This is India so expect differences if you're not local, but they are a nice bunch of guys and the apartment was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The view was nice where I stayed, too. You could see a good deal of the city.
Note, if you end up walking in the slums on your way to the apartment, you're in the wrong place. These apartments are all off of a main road not the slum road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the review for their 1BHK apartment in Yamuna Nagar, I had booked the place for 6 days with 50% advance, the owner Vinita mentioned that the apartment is clean and in good condition with no issues and based on that I made the part payment which was non refundable. The check in was smooth and on time. But as the night passed we noticed cockroaches crawling in the kitchen, bedroom , hall even in the fridge, no water pressure in the bathroom, wet floor mats, the mattress of the bed was stinking and was in awful state. Given the unhygienic condition of the apartment we decide to vacate the place next day and ask for a refund of the unused stay as the place didn't live up to the commitment and expectations. After all you don't expect to live with cockroaches when you are paying 3,500 for a night
The owner Vinita said first that refund is not possible upon reasoning further and showing her proof pictures she agreed to refund the unused half day but said that since she is unwell we will receive refund soon, given that she was unwell as a courtesy we decided to check out politely, but once we handed over the keys and followed up with Vinita after 2 days there was no response from here.
Even after multiple follow ups she choose to be unresponsive and go back on her word. Our refund was mere 2000 rs but I guess the owner choose to be be shady than to stick to their commitment or admitting the pathetic state of their service. Later they got back saying no we cant refund as that was the policy which was explained in the start.
FAIR POINT I GUESS
So this tells you what kind of company you are dealing with, my suggestion is to not pay any advance until you check your apartment. Some pictures of the mattress is attached for you to see what is expect.
