★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No real system for managing customers. Have been waiting for 40 minutes to get my beard trimmed, and meanwhile they keep on getting the customers who are coming after me. Felt like a fool. Wasted my 40 minutes of life on this idiotic salon.

Apart from that he did shampoo n conditioning for me, what a message he gave.. so relaxing.. never had such a good head message from anyone..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to get a pixie cut - a major long to short hair transformation. Mr. Jainul executed it with perfection. He is highly skilled, kind, well-spoken, empathetic and above all, he makes you feel comfortable and valued. He is extremely patient and meticulously puts in all the required work. He gives great recommendations, in case you are confused. Thrice he has cut my hair. The third time I got a pixie bob haircut done. It was quite tricky because my hair wasn't long enough from the front as it was from the back, but somehow, he pulled it off excellently. I am quite satisfied with my haircuts and I wouldn't trust anyone else than Mr. Jainul. Coming to the ambiance, it is amazing. You can de-stress yourself fully, enjoy the experience and leave with a radiant smile on your face :)
