★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my skeyndor clean up done from Sparsh which is amongst their highest priced cleans up. I had the worst experience as the staff doing it neither had the knowledge & lacked know how to do the same. She kept rubbing just the face harshly in circular motions. On telling her to do it properly she told she was doing it the right way. The black head removal left a scar on my nose. On a very special day I turned up looking dark as compared to my actual complexion. On escalating this to the desk they assured that their owner would get in touch with me. The owner did get in touch with me & assured refund of the service amount. It's already been 4 months & despite reminding there has no action taken from their end. Worst experience.
