★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of amenities like Badminton court, Squash court, Tennis court and they are very good quality wise and well maintained.
One of the major drawback is that this is slightly off road. And quite often there is a conflict between Resident and builders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security did not allowed me to pick up the passenger, as passenger booked the ride in back gate, but when arrived to the location security informed to pick up in the main gate. And security people do not know how to talk vd the people. Very poor service vd the security. And no were mentioned any details in the entrance gate of the back gate that no entry for visitors or anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a tenant in this society for more than 2 years, hence I am qualified to share a detailed review about the society.
Best is - clean air, relatively cooler temperature, views of lake, open area to walk and laze
What is worst - Apartment association here is called EC is from the year 1800's & the rules & regulations EC team keeps on making is spoiling the lifestyle of this beautiful society.
Their approach towards solving a problem is to ban & restrict that particular activity rather than putting some mind to it.
During the covid times the EC ( apartment association) made such sick rules that every day there was quarrel/chik chik on watsapp & other groups within owners either for our little furry friends or for putting restrictions on some of the other activity.
From outside its a very beautiful apartment society but when you listen to society's administration it is worst than chawl management.
I really feel sad for the people who bought apartment in this society , since they will live like this throughout their remaining life.

SJR provided lot of facilities and excellent, magnificent view & amenities. House Rooms are spacious. Flats are reasonable based on amenties. Ample space available for walking, Monthly maintenance reasonable
