★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good if your income of source is limited. For a single person its sufficient but not for more than one. A bathroom attached with toilet and a little space provide for kitchen is there. Some electric ports are also there and you can customize their places according to your need. The local market is near so that you'll never out of things for daily need products and food.
