★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well constructed apartments with latest amenities. Occupancy is very low, may be just 20% although builders claim to be 35%. Security is a big concern. Some interior work is still going on. Not worth spending so much of rent as being demanded by the owners of the apartments in comparison to nearby other apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say 1350 sqft but the actual carpet area is just 880 sqft. The kitchen is extremely small. None of the bedrooms have balconies. Play area an club is just for namesake. The only attraction is infinity swimming pool for which they are charging a bomb. The builder is highly unprofessional and not approachable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment is located between convention hall and paper factory. Every week there are 3-4 events in the convention hall so be prepared for 3-4 sleepless nights, the noise is deafening.
Paper factory is running through the day and night and sometimes it gives out a strong odour.
