★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even a great brand's fancy showroom in a swanky mall can fail in terms of sales, if the staff are poorly trained and have an attitude problem. Our experience today deserves only a single star. The second star is for the ambience.
Even though my wife and I were the lone customers in the store at that moment, two staff members present in the store pretended not to have seen us. Not even so much as a nodded acknowledgement or eye contact or a smile.
I was forced to ask them if they were too busy and it was only ofter that one of them came to attend to us. There reluctance in showing us available options was so obvious that we soon gave up and left.
I do wish them luck - they certainly would need it.
