★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place for car servicing. I didn't like the behaviour and work ethics at all.
I went to check my wheels and suspension after my long drive though roads full of pot holes. I also need to change the tyres. The service advisor asked me to go to his own shop to change the tyres and said the person in his shop can check the suspension. They also asked one guy to test drive and see if there is any problem. That peron deliberately took a damage road with big speed breakers which he knew a Ciaz cannot cross. He hit the underbody multiple times with no apparent reason.
I'll never visit the place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely fast service for minor checks and repairs. Sagarika Mam is extremely helpful and she is approachable. All other service advisors like Bibek Nanda understands the problem and addresses it promptly. Overall it’s a good service Center for your car in the twin city.
