Net works only when it's on his own mood
If you ask operator help they take a week to fix and u don't have net for a week
But yes you'll pay for entire month no matter how many days net wasn't working

β β β β β Always there is failure of connection. Also staff is relatively slow in response. Always getting excuse like our staff is busy in resolving another complain. When the connection is lost, and you try to call them, their call will be always busy. And if call is not busy and getting ring, no-one will pick-up the call. Frustrated with this. I have been always paying the payment well in advance for a year. Still no value of the customer here. Don't go for Sky Net if you want proper service.
