Service is a backbone of any products but Skylark is very worst company we trying to multiples time's even two week passed but they didn't come to check our lift they didn't pick your call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequent failure and misbehavior. Very poor quality and service as well. They sometimes take 48 hours or more to respond.
We installed this elevator due to a slight price difference between them and the major brands. Needless to say that it was a poor dexision on our part.
I urge everyone to go with tge major brands like Otis, Schindler, etc.
These hassle with these guys is not worth what we are saving.
