I am sorry to say that we have had a Very bad experience. The lift provided is a safety hazard . At times the lift door refuses to open . The ARD device doesn’t work and the lift has got stuck in between the 2 floors

I am writing the true review of this company please read it carefully and then buy lift from this company
-This is a secondary brand their main source is china imports you can't really beat the German quality in comparison to their prices which is just 25%-30% less
-They don't have any good service quality at all and their staff is very rude they just speak soft while taking the order and after that the customer will chase them for service and other things.
-They will take all the payments in advance so that the ball is in their court and then the customer becomes a Dog
-The main issue where I found them annoying is their AMC they give you warranty for one year when you claim it the real problem starts here .they will delay acknowledging it and will be least co operative they will make excuses like this part is not available or that part is not available or the parts don't cover under warranty or AMC
So beware of this road side company better buy from good brands and do one time investment for your hard earned money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Lift parts are faulty. Staff is very rude and they are not co-operating. When asked for the replacement of faulty parts the staff is mis-behaving. This is the scenerio when our lift is only 2 months old.
Please beware of this fraud company.
