Don't go fr this site. Worst experience ever with this builder. I booked here flat @3 years back and still construction is only upto 7th slabs. Delay for possession. Staff behaviour is arrogant and never get proper answers.
Also they are fighting for getting permission for 13th and 14th floor since from last 3 years which they promised at the time of booking.
Not stick to there commitment.
I did big mistake... But I hope my feedback will help to others... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medium sized society, but there is no Muncipal corporation water supply here but it has 24hrs bored water supply. But had a very bad experience with owner especially from B1207. He talks very nicely but when it comes to money he really acted bad.

Please don't think to buy flat in skylight. If you will go for it you will get only and only fake promises. I booked a flat 2.5 years ago they promised they will give possession in 18 months but till now there is no any progress in D building construction reached up to 7th floor only. To much delay for possession. Staff behaviour is not so good they are not giving proper answer. After 2.5 years still staff and builder not sure for flat possession date. Very poor on their commitments so please think twice or thrice before buying in this project. I don't think they will give possession in next 2 years. Very worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is Majestique Oasis construction going on right next to the skylights (just next to wall as shown in attached pictures taken from 10+ floor)
due to this following are the issues:
1. Huge noise all day long (starts from 7:00 am till 8:00 pm).. windows and balcony have to be closed, still grinding,hammer and generator noise will bother you inside the flat
2. skylights has 12 floor buildings, oasis is being built with 12 floors .. previously there was very nice view from flats, now its.only construction view
3. as the construction goes on and floors start rising (currently 1st floor slab is getting laid) so does the level of disturbance
Please think 100 times before buying/renting a flat in skylights, unless you want to enjoy living in a construction site.
