I had clearly mentioned to their reservation team on phone that i want to book Radisson Udaipur which is 3rd in makemytrip and the amount is 6500/- + Taxes, she booked some other Radisson and i did not get refund either. in-fact i got blame for this error that i did not mentioned Radisson Blu (Blu word was missing). Please while booking through here, kindly check All details such as Hotel address first as it was the case of Hotel address which was responsible and not reservation team of skyline.

We had booked our flight tickets and hotel reservations with them but since the fares for hotels had increased they refused to book hotels and we had to eventually cancel our trip and also pay for the cancelation charges of our flights.
Be alert while booking.
