★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good warm place. The route is under construction. But still you can easily find this place on google maps. The designs, material used is satisfactory . Affordable for medium earners or single earners. However, it does not offer variety in housing . You will find only flats n apartments here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society is best by infrastructure but very poor and low services they have...
1) Roads are in very very poor conditions, one can see the road status from main gate
2) On the name of technology there is nothing, on the name of Broadband Services there is nothing in this society because of poor management ! I belong to a village in our village there is JioFiber & Airtel work very smoothly but here in this society nothing as well!
3) Don't plan to buy any used flat here in society because the Flats looks very good from outside but the reality from inside is different, as this one is an old society the rates are so much high but the wooden and walls inside the Flat need to fully repaired once you buy any flat!
4) Like in our country there are leaders of 70-80 + ages and a country with such leaders can't be develop, same here.
5) There is no park inside the society, I know many of societies are not have parks, but compare the Rates of Flat with them you will know the answer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enclave. But i feel like road are norrow here. Its quite difficult to pass a car on some street as residents park their cars on road. Some roads have dead end, so new visitors might face a problem ti reverse the car from dead-end points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the place, greenery is nice the flats are good , spacious parking, the security services also I found were good, the best part were the parks in the area and how well managed the place was , nice , peaceful small and cosy home and society, it felt like , don't know bout the prices I visited a relative of mine and then wrote this , the place is a must visit once , if searching for housing with good and spacious parking and area, safe for children and adults..............
