He helped me order everything over the phone and my mattress and pillow were delivered right on the committed time and date. He answered all my queries and made sure I was happy with the products. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience buying from this store in DLF mall. We ordered incorrect size and when the mattress was delivered we called up Mr. Sanjay who got these mattresses replaced with another size and all this was done without paying any extra delivery charges.

In 2nd mattress my ordered size was incorrect and when they called for delivery I immediately measured my bed and informed them. I was aware that expensive ordered item is difficult to change. But the owner of the shop managed it excellently and revised my order and delivered it soon.
