BEAWARE OF ROOM 013 ,DON'T GO FOR RENT. Never ever ever go to this apartment for rent in room 013 , owned by Dr.ram prasad who calls himself dentist, you can see he cheats his patients in the review and he owns 013 of SLV platina and cheats people in the name of rent he took 23.5k from us in the name of token amount, made an agreement of 24 months and now when we don't want to move in he is not giving our money back.he has posted ads in no broker.com and housing.com

The flat number 013 is in a horrible state with major seepage issues. It can result in health issues due to fungal growth and the landlord chooses to take no action.

SLV Platina is the one among early apartments in this area i.e. 2nd or 3rd in the vicinity. People started living here since late August 2015. It got habitated sooner than expected due to its proximity to the nearby horamavu main road, Banks ATM, Ring Road, various reputed schools, hospitals , bbmp office, airport etc. The nearby amenities and other facilities have got upgraded over time and its way different than what it was 6-7 years back. People are humble, friendly and reqdy to help/assist here in this community; the residents, irrespective of the fact that whether they are owner or tenant, maintain a very good relation with each other. The vibes here is quite friendly because flat owners have moved here with their friends and even with their families. All the main festivals and other common occassions are celebrated here with a great zeal and enthusiasm. Various activities for childrens and all families are regularly organized here (exception time was/is pandemic). Some residents also come forward to share their unique skills with kids here e.g. Painting & Drawing, Yoga etc and that too without any expectation :) Net net this society is an excellent society to live in. Various management committee of the society spanning the past 6-7 years have maintained the society quite well in conjunction with the residents of the society. The building had basic amenities in the beginning with only one exception that it had a large swimmig pool with separate swiming pool for the kids which clearly is unique in the neighbourhood. But then MCs have added many required amenities in the building and to name a few which are over and above the amenities given by the builders: 1. Rain water Harvesting System 2. Upgraded version security surveillance system 3. A fully functional 12 KVA Solar Power Plant (expansion too will happen) 4. Water Meters in every flat 5. Renovated Party Hall 6. Recently repainted building 7. There are many other improvements (small & big) which were done by the active and energetic MCs to make everyone's life easier and convinient here. Recently some of the residents got together and utilized one small portion of the garden area, with the consent and without loosing the existing greenery, to grow some organic vegetables and that was a super hit idea. The vegetables grown were regularly distributed among any and all willing and available residents. This is the kind of inclusivenes that is maintained here. Surely, one of the great society to live in w.r.t. to the available conviniences and much required humane touch !!

Beware! This is a review for one of the flats in this society (013). All the walls are damp with seepage issues and has caused a layer of white fungus all throughout the house. People living there have been having health issues and the owner does not even care even after repeated complaints! He wont even pay you back your deposit if you want to leave the flat for no fault of your own!!

One of the flat (013) in this building, is not at all habitable. There is no sunlight and the construction material used is cheap, all the walls are damp specially during the rainy season, there are lot of white fungus forming and these spreads really fast, even the owner of the flat is arrogant and doesn't heed to any advice, he just paints a layer of paint and thinks that that will solve the problem (mind you he is a doctor). Do not buy/rent this flat if you value your health.

Beware!! BEWARE!! 013 FLAT OF DR. RAM PRASAD.. BEWARE.. !! SLV Platina gave the worst nightmare. Society wise it's really good and there are no issues. But horror was when I took the 013 flat of SLV Platina owned by Dr.Ram Prasad. He makes a rental agreement of 24months and gives a house which is way different from what he describes. He would clean and paint and in no way he agrees for an agreement lesser than 2yrs. Literally in few months itself you will come to know the issues. That flat has soo many water seepage issues that within few months how much ever you clean your house, there would be fungus on every seapage area. Soon after that the whole house is inhabitable and you won't be able to stay there even for a day due to the fungus smell. It destroyed my personal property so much that I had to throw most of my things away and run for my life. And this owner won't be even picking your calls for repairing these. It is later I came to know that this is this issue from a very long time and nobody wishes to stay in that apartment. Every year the same thing happens and he deducts huge amount of money from every tenant this way. I literally had to vacate or should I say escape from the house and the owner cut a huge amount from deposit claiming its agreement for 2years with 3months notice period. And he is soo shameless that he asked us to pay the water and electricity bills even for the months after we vacated. Please if you are reading this do not fall for that house and owner..THIS IS A BIG TRAP!! He claims to be a doctor with no such qualities. Master bedroom has most water leakage issues and staying there made us sick. When discussed with the owner, the so called doctor asked us not to go inside room(even if we are paying for that rent). He will even assume some nonsense amounts and again deduct these amount from deposit.. please do not go for this flat 013 because of this owner Dr. Ram Prasad if you need some peace of mind..

Fraud Alert❗❗❗ Flat 013❗❗❗ fungus and mold issue❗❗❗ Agreement Scam❗❗❗ Please don’t even think of visiting this Flat after seeing this review. This unit is owned by Dr.Ram Prasad who will trap you with his humble behavior and word and ultimately you lose your money and peace of mind. First thing will be a strange 24-month Agreement which you cannot see anywhere in Bangalore and 2nd is 3 months notice for vacating the house. Initially we denied all of the above conditions, but he made us agree for 18 months and when we signed, he told that for any genuine reason we can vacate the house with one month notice. When we approached him with a valid reason that is the inhospitable condition of the house which we stayed he showed his real face and crooked mind. This flat has a very severe water seepage issue which is not fixable (owner proved that when we stayed there), in result it is a happy home for fungus. I have attached the actual pics of the house where all the walls, curtains, cupboards etc. are covered with fungus. This damaged our personal property like cloths, furniture, footwear… When asked him to repair his suggestion was, we must pay the painting charges which we denied. Alternate option was don’t use the rooms which has more fungus and stay for three months, then he stopped picking the calls. Waited for more than one month then informed him about vacating the house since health issues started developing due to the Fungus issue. Then this money minded fraud denied whatever he agreed and started arguing with the 3-month clause which he had already discussed and mutually agreed before signing the document. Had to escape from the house somehow since the health issues were getting worse day by day. Then he deducted huge amount of the deposit. After he agreed to pay the remining amount he assumed some nonsense amounts and again deducted that from deposit without even asking us. When he was giving the remaining amount literally, he was bargaining for 50 Rs from that. It was unbelievable that a Doctor who is well educated do this to anyone. These kinds of people are spoiling the dignity of the profession. After seeing his clinic reviews understood the fact that this person can do more harm than this, we had to escape somehow. Please do not fall into this trap.
