★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new Sycon is built well, however it surprises me that all the owners have given the ultimatum to a broker who hyped this place and the rent. It is very disappointing that a good apartment is in the hands of a local broker who just cares for money and only money. I am shocked to hear that he has total control on the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST PLACE FOR TENNANTS !!!
Beware before you take a house here. The management committee hates TENNANTS. They have 1000 rs as moving in and 1000 rs as moving out charges. They make weired rules just to make life of TENNANTS horrible. They have too much ego and consider TENNANTS as lower beings not fit to discuss anything with.
However, they bend rules as per their wish to suit their needs.
So think a 100 times before renting a flat in Sycon Horamavu.

There is water problem every month.
No water, black and dirty water.
The association members are the most irresponsible, they don’t listen to the needs of the tenants, they ignore the messages and requests as per their convenience.
In my 12 years of stay in Bangalore I have never come across such a worst place ever.
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO MOVE IN AS A TENANT HERE, MY ADVICE IS DON’T DO IT AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an old apartment with huge water problem, These guys are repairing water pipes from a very long time but it still has the same issue.
Other than that, it's not tenant friendly. If you are a tenant staying in the apartment, your opinion won't matter. They prefer to hear from the house owners WHO ARE NOT RESIDING IN THE APARTMENT at all.
It's better to look for some other property instead of this, which is efficiently managed.

The water quality is so poor that you need to get your RO filter serviced three to four times in an year. Imagine using the water for daily activities. And families with kids, please stay away as this water can be harmful. You can literally see black particles in your water and need to clean your taps to maintain the flow.
And if you are planning to go as a tenant, there are a few owners who will loot you to the core. In the beginning they sweet talk, but when it boils down to giving your advance back, forget about it.. They always cut money giving irrelevant reasons. Apparently they have a lot of money and influence, so they are not bothered about the complaints. Beware of them as they continously bug you for money and never return it.
