★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not finding any solid reason to show my interest for SLV celestia , except some show off - Swimming pool , Club house and Gym and bit flat design .
Overall not worth as per the price they are quoting in this area and yes not approved by RERA ...not sure what will be the future of this property.
Do your home work before investing here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Registered under RERA , No proper approach road , bit interior area , no visitor parking , overall bit congested , most of flat buyer are from Andhra..overall no value for money - just show off to grab more money.
Not sure if they can get Occupation certificate or they give some silly reason as not applicable to this project :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slv Suhas Celestia is well maintained and has alot of amenities ( pool, ,garden,kids area, club house,parking). it is the Premium housing complex (houses are elegant and beautiful) developed in abbigere, Bangalore, well connected by Road or BMTC bus, you will get easily transport facilities for anywhere, It is situated at Awesome location. there are Lots of free space, Atmosphere and ambience is clean and peaceful.
