★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest opinion what I felt after detailed analysis.
1. Living room and 2 bed rooms including 2bathrooms are not spacious than compared to the model house shown with 1207sq ft.
2. Carpet area provided is so less that we feel so much Sophisticated even if we want to decorate with basic space of wardrobe. Example : they just provided 700sq ft for 1207sq ft. Atleast 900+ should be fine.
3. They don't let us visit the actual house what we are booking and tell us to see the model house and then proceed with booking based upon the site facing which we want.
4. Even if they allow to see any house which is completed, definitely the space given is not equal to what they show in model house. Please don't get cheated with this. Once amount is given, they will make us wait and run behind them for long time and rude responses at times
5. Amenities are good , but then we don't sleep in the clubhouse or anything spacious out there apart our own house, so customers will be really happiee if the size of the house is bigger and dont make false promises about the carpet size and possession dates keep changing

I really appreciate there effort and would highly recommend this project to everyone. Its a beautiful plan and I personally like the the design of this apartment. A top-end residential complex developed by one of the top notch builders of Bangalore. The quality of construction is par excellence.The buildings have been well spaced out in a manner that there are plenty of open spaces and greenery. The amenities provided are of the highest standard, especially the clubhouses. Overall its a great thing to buy a house at brigade parkside north.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience visiting Brigade Parkside North. Their staff was extremely friendly especially Ms Pratibha she assisted us in everything and helped us in showing around the property. Highly recommend Brigade if you are looking for property.

2.Peaceful surroundings with lot of greeneries, reserved forest. Next to high security Indian air force area. Good ground water level unlike the dry thanisandra area.
3. Well lighted houses with nice land scaping. Loaded with all kinds of luxurious amenities.
4. The construction is in full swing I believe quality and finish is way ahead of any nearby smaller builders near by. I feel there will be good price appreciation in next 2-3 years.
Cons:
They do not allow to get into the actual flat for a walk thru. It seems it's brigade policy across all under construction projects for safety reasons and even after construction also they are not allowing is very bad policy,
I feel atleast for once after construction over they should allow owners to see once
It was a pleasant experience with Mr Siddarth to explain the project to me so nice and giving me a good deal. He also handled the booking process smoothly, he is very kind and he has a patient to explain all our queries with smiley face. I really appreciate his commitment towards his job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an execellent visit to the "Parkside North by Brigade". I really appriciate the way how "Siddharth" took our care up. We always believed in Brigade, Siddharth made us to trust it more. He explained it well, so clearly without any frustration or any hiccups. The units are very attractive, spacious than other builders, the quality of walls and the aminities are really taken care well. I would say this is one of the best apartment by brigade in the reasonable price. And the way how they divided all the towers is also very nice. We actually went at 9 and came back to home at 9 :D. still the guy kept the real smile on his face and always welcoming and helping nature by his behaviour. Finally we bought our first, fantastic home. Thanks to Brigade to keep up the quality and Vastu. Finally a big Thanks to Siddharth, for the great friendly behaviour, advisor, explained it more than clearness, well knowledged in the field. Believe me, he is really well knowledge about loans, building construction, building management, etc. You will be lucky if you get him as your advisor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect for my elderly mother was looking for an apartment. The senior citizen friendly amenities promised by the Brigade Parkside North made this an attractive choice. Mr Siddharth, Mohammed and the staff were polite and patient with me and my elderly mother. Overall this purchase seems like a good decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly speaking 'Parkside North By Brigade' the way constructed this apartment is very nice and well planned with best aminities and one more thing we know brigade is a brand, they will use quality product to construct the building.
Actually we are also went with 50-50 mindset to buy or not but we got the best adviser Mr.Siddharth the way he explained is very attractive manner with true words to make us to sit and buy this home, he is very knowledgeable person and if we ask any type of questions he will not make us uncomfortable and he will explain with patiently. If you get this type of adviser you are lucky.
