I have really enjoyed working with them, Surender Ji is very knowledgeable and responsible, he took care of the entire buying / selling process with 100% ownership, I did not have to worry about a single paperwork, he guided & educated me and my wife along the way. Everything was taken care in a highly professional manner, and I'm very satisfied with their service experience. I also got very reliable references from them for banking, civil and other necessary functions for any home buyer to settle down. Overall, it was truly an exceptionally good customer experience from SM properties, and will look forward to work with Sanjay Ji and Surender Ji again in future. Best wishes to SM Properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently took a flat on rent in Palm Grove heights (Ardee city, gurgaon) and was very pleased with the way Mr Surender from SM Properties managed the whole handover process seamlessly between me and the flat owner. There was lot of plumbing work that had to completed before possession, but Mr Surendar ensured that everything got wrapped up on time and gave regular updates of the progress. Even on the day of keys handover, when the flat owner had a family emergency, Mr Surendra managed the whole process on his behalf and ensured we had the necessary papers, permissions to move into our new house. My flat owner also speaks highly of their services too. I am sure I will turn to SM Properties again, when I am renting/buying my next flat.

My rental deal was taken through by Mr Surender Negi, who not only carefully earmarked an apartment of my choice and requirements but also stood strong in the face of a previous tenant not vacating the premises as promised which insured that we could move-in as planned. SM Properties also employs very efficient team for all major and minor works and repairs required in the apartment. Also, they are equally easy to approach even after moving-in as before the deal is finalised. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr Negi and it was quite refreshing in terms of the support and a feeling of assurance that is always backed up with prompt action. I would highly recommend SM Properties. My interactions with other dealers in SM Properties - Mr Mahesh and Mr Manik were also very pleasant and helpful. I am happy to recommend SM Properties to future buyers/tenants.
